Job Summary:
We require the services of a Compensation Manager who would oversee employees' wages and benefits for their work. The manager must be able to plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures or strategies that align with the organizational goals and competitive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop pay plans that specify pay grades and advancement requirements.
  • Study market patterns in order to assess how competitive salaries are.
  • Routinely review, assess, and modify pay plans.
  • Survey workers to find out how satisfied they are with their salary and benefits.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on issues pertaining to compensation.
  • Align compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Comply with federal, provincial, and local compensation laws, such as minimum wage regulations.
Qualification:
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. A master’s degree in one of these fields is an advantage.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a compensation manager or in a compensation-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR Software's.
  • Certifications inCHRP or CHRL will be considered an asset.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration and interpersonal abilities to get along with the management team members.
