Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and compensation software.
  • Certification like CCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation practices for competitiveness.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and compensation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
