What You'll Do:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive, cost-effective organization-wide employee compensation program.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Partner with HR and leadership to create fair and equitable pay practices.
- Provide expert guidance on job evaluations, salary administration, and compensation policies.
- Participate in the administration of the HR System, Infor.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Required).
- Experience in compensation analysis and program management.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in Compensation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws.
- HR certification (CCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant area.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Human Resources; compensation experience strongly preferred.
- Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- Other: Highly proficient in compensation software, HRIS systems, and Excel. Solid understanding of compensation principles and labor laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
