MRA's business and office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, though there will be some variations based on member and MRA assignments, projects, responsibilities, and department expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure compensation recommendations align with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage multiple compensation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, budgets, and member expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong member relationships through exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and compensation expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support member engagement, compensation initiatives, and business development efforts.
  • Assist with compensation survey design, implementation, data validation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, workflows, tools, and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Required
