CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to serve as a strategic consultant aligning compensation strategies with the organization's mission and growth across the service area.
You will analyze market data, ensure internal equity, support workforce planning, and guide leaders through policy interpretation while ensuring compliance and successful integration of initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, driving fairness and organizational performance.
As our Compensation Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic consultant and evidence-based liaison, bridging the gap between the Total Rewards Center of Excellence and operational leadership. You will act as a dedicated change agent, ensuring that compensation strategies, policies, and pay practices are seamlessly aligned with CommonSpirit Health’s broader mission, business objectives, and organizational growth initiatives across your assigned service area.
Every day you will manage the intersection of data-driven analytics and human capital strategy. Your daily responsibilities involve monitoring the effectiveness of compensation programs, conducting market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, and providing actionable insights to management. You will work closely with HR partners and leadership to navigate complex compensation challenges, provide expert guidance on workforce planning, and ensure that our pay structures support long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high degree of business acumen and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive organizational performance. You will be a skilled communicator capable of 'telling the story' behind our compensation initiatives, ensuring that leaders and team members understand the value of our programs. By fostering strong partnerships, maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance, and proactively managing integration projects such as Mergers & Acquisitions, you will directly contribute to a culture of fairness, belonging, and purpose-driven work.
