BCG Attorney Search seeks a Compensation and Benefits Attorney in Wheeling, WV. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans, plus strong communication, reasoning, research, and organizational skills.

Membership in the State Bar is required. Responsibilities include advising clients on compensation and benefits matters, collaborating with client teams, and providing proactive counsel to public companies

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in compensation and benefits law.
• Experience with tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans is preferred.
• Membership to the State Bar in the location of practice.
