We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our Corporate Compensation team. This role will focus on administering compensation and incentive programs across international regions (Americas, EMEA & APAC) and participating in compensation projects while supporting selected client groups' day-to-day compensation activities. After the initial onboarding, this will be a REMOTE role. The candidate must be willing to come to the Parsippany, NJ office as needed for key meetings.
