Job summary

Qualifications

  • Confidential handling of sensitive job and pay data.
  • Experience with market pricing software, MarketPay or Payscale.
  • Experience participating in annual third‑party salary surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and extracting compensation data (ADP, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience administering annual merit cycles using compensation planning software.
  • Experience with variable incentive plan concepts, design, and administration.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; comfortable with Co-Pilot.

Responsibilities

  • Perform compensation, data analyses and guide management on affordable, equitable pay.
  • Assist in merit and pay-for-performance program administration and communications.
  • Assist in short-term incentive program administration and harmonization.
  • Analyze benchmarking data and drive automation within MarketPay/ERI.
  • Lead participation in third-party compensation surveys.
  • Analyze pay trends to ensure competitive practices.
  • Prepare budget impact analyses for salary programs.
  • Maintain job descriptions and coach on descriptions as needed.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
  • Support Benefits activities and special projects as needed.
