Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth compensation analysis for our North American locations to provide recommendations to HR and business leadership.
  • Process compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, Recruiters and business managers.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience required.
  • PHR or CCP certification a plus.
  • Experience in Salary.com CompAnalyst tool and Workday or similar HCM system a plus.
