The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs for Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Systems Experience. This role serves as a key analytical resource responsible for market pricing, compensation analysis, annual compensation programs, reporting, job evaluations, and operational support while partnering with Compensation Consultants, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets to develop compensation insights and recommendations. While this role provides consultative support on routine compensation matters, its primary focus is executing compensation projects, performing market analysis, maintaining compensation data, and supporting enterprise compensation initiatives within a global SaaS environment.

The pay range for this position is $63,900 to $91,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge and location.
