Lurie Children’s is seeking a Compensation Analyst to develop and administer organization-wide compensation programs and price jobs against market anchors. The role involves audits to ensure compliance, guidance to HR and management, and maintaining salary structures and job descriptions.
You will participate in market salary surveys, manage the pricing tool, and collaborate on cost, budget, and pay adjustments to ensure equity and competitiveness across the hospital.
Assists in the development and administration of organization-wide compensation programs. Prepares salary analyses for determination of organization’s job market competitiveness. Monitors market changes and recommends company compensation plan changes, as needed. Reviews job descriptions and assesses appropriate classification and compensation level. Participates in and completes market salary surveys and utilizes an online pricing tool to price jobs and benchmark to market anchors.
$70,720.00-$115,627.20 Salary At Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
