Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC, Severna Park, MD, is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide compassionate personal care, administer medications, and support residents according to the Care Plan.

We value teamwork, ongoing learning, and a positive attitude. A state nursing license (RN or LPN) is required, along with at least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
