You will educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans while assisting with routine tasks and maintaining hospital standards.

A NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or equivalent education is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent also preferred. Opportunities for growth and development are offered.

Qualifications

• NAVTA-approved program or equivalent education provides the required knowledge and skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain patient flow and assist with procedures that do not require a veterinarian.
• Educate clients about preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Mentor other hospital team members and uphold hospital standards.
