Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, monitoring hospitalized pets, maintaining inventory, restraining animals for procedures, and aiding in diagnostics. We value teamwork and a passion for animal welfare.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a self-starter, able to multitask and a team player.
• Willing to be cross-trained to reception.
• Genuinely enjoys working with animals and can handle stressed/ill animals.
• Highly prefer 1+ years of veterinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and treatment.
• Monitor hospitalized pets and aid after surgery.
• Maintain inventory and stocking.
• Restrain animals during blood draws and nail trims.
• Aid with routine diagnostic tests (radiographs, bloodwork, fecal).
• Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, exam areas.
• Administer medications under Veterinarian/Vet Tech supervision.
• Feed and bathe animals.
• Answer phones and help reception as needed.
• Assist clients with their pets.
