Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Veterinarians and Technicians to ensure safe, quality care.
• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and surgery areas between appointments.
• Obtain patient histories, vaccination records, and visit reasons; update records.
• Calm and restrain pets during procedures, monitor vital signs post-surgery.
• Educate owners on care and medications as directed by a Veterinarian.
• Maintain cleanliness of cages, runs, and boarding areas; assist as needed.
• Perform basic health checks and assist with routine labs and medications.
• Greet clients professionally and respond to general questions.
• Follow practice policies and quality standards; support teamwork.
