The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience, strong communication skills, and solid computer abilities.

• Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience required

Responsibilities

• Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area and greet clients and patients
• Answer questions and triage client concerns; direct calls or emails to appropriate party
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
• Check in and check out clients and process payments
• Provide friendly emotional support to clients during times of need and be comfortable with various medical outcomes
