Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Van Driver to transport community residents to appointments, outings, and activities in Hanover, MA. You will support planning and coordinating van trips while ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

We value excellent communication, a valid driver's license, and a caring attitude toward the elderly. This role includes vehicle upkeep and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for growth within our community team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for residents.
• Interest in elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities.
• Assist with planning and coordinating van transportation for community events.
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness and mechanical welfare.
• Monitor resident safety and promptly report concerns to staff.
