Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized unit, adhering to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Document patient care and progress according to facility policies.
