Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in addiction recovery or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients throughout the recovery process.
• Facilitate group activities and educational sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
• Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and facility guidelines.
• Respond appropriately to crisis situations.
