Qualifications

• Healthy and BMI under 30
• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance through the surrogacy process with medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Collaborate with our agency to ensure a smooth and positive surrogate journey.
• Attend intake processes and coordinate with your dedicated case manager to ensure timely payments.
