Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey with guidance and support.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional aspects of the process.
• Maintain communication with the agency and case manager.
