Eligible surrogates receive base compensation up to $85,000+, monthly allowances, and full medical/travel coverage, with legal guidance and emotional support provided at every step.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21–39 at time of application.
• At least one healthy pregnancy and delivery.
• Non-smoker with healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide surrogate care in collaboration with medical team.
• Attend medical appointments and follow clinical guidance as required.
• Coordinate with the case manager to ensure smooth progression from application to delivery.
