Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Shane Hill in Ohio is seeking licensed STNAs to provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the clinical team under a licensed nurse's supervision.

Shift options include day and night full-time, with new wages of $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience; opportunity to earn up to $33.00 hourly. Benefits include Major Medical, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year CNA/STNA experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write/understand English.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document resident activities accurately per facility policy.
• Notify licensed nurse of changes in resident condition.
• Assist residents with ADLs: feeding, bathing, dressing, transfers, ambulation.
• Obtain labs and vitals as directed by licensed nurse.
• Observe infection control and safety procedures.
