Job summary

Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Transportation Driver (STNA) to transport residents safely and respectfully and assist with basic care when needed.

This full-time role features competitive pay with bonuses, shift differentials, attendance and loyalty bonuses, PTO, and health, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in OH.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments using facility vehicles.
• Assist with transfers and ensure wheelchair safety.
• Maintain transport logs and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Assist with ADLs when not driving and uphold HIPAA standards.
