Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to join its inpatient rehabilitation team in South Carolina. You will evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs, documenting progress and outcomes in a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CCC certification or credential required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
