Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and manage personalized therapy plans to help patients regain communication skills. You will work within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, using cutting-edge technology in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
• CCC certification required or preferred depending on licensure path.
• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy as mandated by regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech therapy plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and response to therapy.
• Celebrating patient victories and milestones along the journey.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)

State licensure in Speech Therapy

CPR certification (BLS) required or within 30 days
