Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Special Education Transportation Aide to provide service in the Anne Arundel County area. The role supports transportation for students with special needs, including boarding/exiting buses and managing safety and behavior.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some knowledge of or experience supporting special needs students preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• CPR/First Aid and TB/Skin test current.
• Ability to assist students during transportation and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist special needs students boarding and exiting school buses.
• Assign seats and adjust safety restraints.
• Observe students during transportation and respond to behavioral needs.
• Assist during medical emergencies.
• Attend in-service training and workshops.
