Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited college (or international equivalent).
• Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• NAVLE certification required.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
• Collaborative with veterinary technicians and staff.
• Willingness to grow surgery and dentistry skills.
• Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Interested in meaningful client-pet relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive small animal care including wellness, internal medicine, diagnostics.
• Perform surgery and dentistry procedures when applicable.
• Engage in client education and clear communication.
• Manage cases and medical records.
• Build lasting client relationships with a compassionate approach.
• Collaborate with a skilled veterinary support team.
