Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility in Laurinburg, NC. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current NC SLP license or eligibility is required.
• CCC-SLP is preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
• Provide education and recommendations to residents, families, and caregivers.
