Job summary

AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in Salem, MA. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.

You will assess needs, tailor therapy, educate families, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated care. MA licensure is required; we support ongoing professional growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility required.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
