Job summary

Glasgow Hills of Journey is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges in our rehab team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted license in state for therapy discipline.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Complies with facility policies for documenting, billing and coding for SLP and audiology services.
• Provides resident information for assessments and observation periods per facility policy and MDS RAIs.
• Provides resident information for Medicare Part A/Part B admissions and related cognition documentation.
