Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CFY required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in applicable state.
• BLS certification within time frame required by facility policy.
• CCC from ASHA preferred.
• VitalStim certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions.
• Document treatment sessions, assessments, progress and discharge plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses and other staff.
• Supervise clinical fellows, students and support personnel.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
