Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in home care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to transfer clients (hoyer lift or sit to stand).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry and cleaning).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care plan.
