Job summary

STEP, Inc. is seeking a Shared‑Ride Driver to deliver essential transportation services across Lycoming and Clinton counties. You will transport customers using STEP’s wheelchair‑accessible vehicles, assist with wheelchairs and groceries, and provide courteous, reliable door‑to‑door service.

A Mobile Data Terminal will be used to manage daily routes. The role requires a valid PA driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work nontraditional hours.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must be able to assist customers with mobility challenges are part of daily duties.
• Ability to operate a Mobile Data Terminal and follow transportation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation services in STEP’s Independent Living Pathway to Success.
• Provide door‑to‑door service and assist customers including wheelchair users.
• Safely operate STEP vehicles and maintain professional customer interactions.
