Job summary

The role includes transportation, appointments, ADLs, medication administration, and money management. A training, case-manager guidance, and 24/7 on-call support are provided along with a tax-exempt stipend. Prior experience in human services is helpful but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Have an available bedroom to be individualized as the person desires.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Pass background and fingerprinting check.
• Pass home qualification process.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete and total care of the individual supported, including transportation to community activities and to appointments.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and health-related tasks.
• Administer medications as directed and support money management.
