Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant in Centennial, CO. You will help create a warm dining experience, greet residents, present menus, and assist with drink selection to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to tables and performing opening/closing dining room duties. We value a friendly, energetic attitude and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
