Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean dining area, and support a collaborative team in a welcoming community.

We value compassion for the elderly, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while upholding safety standards. This role is on-site and ideal for those 18+ with ServSafe and first aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain local food handling licenses.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent dining service and meet residents' dietary needs.
• Circulate to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support safety standards.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
