Job summary

Maple Knoll Village, a Maple Knoll Communities community in Cincinnati, seeks a full-time Driver to transport residents to appointments and events, assist with mobility, and maintain vehicle readiness. The role supports residents’ independence and safety, with a day shift and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must hold a valid Class B/C CDL and meet DOT requirements. Prior driving experience is preferred; benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and professional

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B or C, commercial driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must meet the Department of Transportation testing and requirements to maintain licensure.
• Prior professional driving experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules transportation for residents within regularly scheduled work hours.
• Transports residents, or groups of residents, to and from appointments, life enrichment activities, meal service and other locations on or off the community grounds, as necessary.
• Assists residents with getting in and out of vehicles and with items like walkers or personal belongings.
• Coordinates vehicle service appointment information with maintenance staff or vendors.
• Ensures pickup/drop-off of community vehicles for service appointments.
