Job summary

Savannah Square-A Discovery Management Group Community is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Savannah, GA. You will perform daily to monthly cleaning across apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices, ensuring neat, sanitary environments for residents.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing fixtures, tending to laundry, stocking supplies, and reporting repairs to the Lead Housekeeper.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents in English.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Interest in working with a senior population.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly in assigned areas.
• Swipes, dusts, mops, vacuums floors and common areas.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers.
• Maintains equipment and reports repairs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Collects trash and manages community laundry duties.
• Ensures safety by keeping exits clear and reporting hazards.
