Job summary

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to provide exceptional care for our residents. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces, following sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of $16.00–$18.00 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with employer match

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in care facilities.
• Ability to follow sanitation, infection control and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces.
• Follow established sanitation and safety procedures.
• Restock housekeeping carts and manage supplies safely.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with linen changes, trash, and floor care as assigned.
• Support a positive resident experience and maintain professionalism.
