Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• High School or GED equivalent preferred.
• Some experience in hospitality or senior living helpful but not required.
• Complete all required employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screenings.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and procedures.
• Dust and clean common spaces, resident rooms, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, and replenish supplies.
• Identify and report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team to support residents and colleagues.
• Follow infection control techniques and wear protective gear as required.
