Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common areas and resident rooms.
• Dust vents, handrails, ceilings, baseboards, furniture, and blinds.
• Vacuum carpets and shampoo as directed; clean sofas and chairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restrooms; restock supplies.
• Identify safety hazards and notify supervisor; follow infection control practices.
• Follow policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations.
