Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day housekeeping tasks for resident apartments and common areas.
• Dusts, vacuums, mops, and cleans bathrooms, kitchens, and surfaces.
• Maintains clean and odor-free environment; handles waste and laundry areas.
• Adheres to safety policies, chemical handling guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with room readiness and reports repairs or replacements as needed.
