The role emphasizes daily upkeep, safety, and coordination with other departments to meet residents' needs.

A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of housekeeping in a senior or customer-service setting are preferred; First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required (must be 18+).
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment is helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and provide daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.
• Report needed supplies and coordinate housekeeping services with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
