Job summary

RM Management in Minnesota is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve daily meals for residents and guests, while upholding food safety, quality, and presentation standards. You will help create a warm dining experience that supports the health and well-being of the senior community we serve.

You’ll follow sanitation guidelines, maintain a clean kitchen, collaborate with the Food Service Director and Dietary Aides, and respond to resident feedback to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, cooking, or meal preparation.
• A caring attitude and sensitivity to the needs of older adults.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents, staff, and special events.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director and support Dietary Aides.
