Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living is seeking a server to deliver exceptional dining services to our residents and contribute to a caring community. You will learn residents’ preferences, use a digital POS for timely orders, and support fellow team members.

The role requires interacting with seniors, maintaining cleanliness across dining spaces, and upholding safety and quality standards consistent with our values.

Qualifications

• At least 17 years of age.
• Current CA food handlers card.
• Interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors.
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues.
• Support and encourage fellow Dining team members.
• Utilizing a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion, knowing the menu and daily specials.
• Setting and clearing tables, washing tabletops and condiment containers after every meal.
• Maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro.
• Keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times.

Education

High school diploma or GED, preferred
