The Bridges of Hendricks Creek is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and help provide nutritious meals for residents. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and resident dining experiences in a supportive, caring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Compassion for the elderly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance: prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans and special requests.
• Sanitation & cleanliness: maintain kitchen and dining areas; wash dishes and equipment as needed.
• Resident Support: provide meal assistance and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Safety: follow all food safety protocols for safe storage, handling and sanitation.
• Inventory Support: assist in receiving and storing food and supplies; report shortages.
• Team Collaboration: work with the dietary team to ensure smooth kitchen/dining operations.
• Resident Engagement: fulfill special dietary requests and meet individual preferences.
