Formación

• Maturity and reliability; calm presence under pressure.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus; training provided.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and assistance.
• Ability to handle dementia-related behaviors with patience.
• Punctuality and dependable shift coverage.
• Willingness to work weekend rotations and full shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care.
• Mobility support: assist with bed exits, walking, and safe movement.
• Medication administration per state regulations.
• Record vital signs and health observations; notify management.
• Maintain resident care records.
• Housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen duties to keep home safe.
• Support mental engagement and independence with activities.
• Carry out individualized care plans across shifts.
