Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Mesa is hiring caregivers to help seniors at home. You drive clients to appointments, assist with bathing and grooming, manage incontinence care, and perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.

You work with one client at a time, follow care plans, and coordinate with the supervising nurse. A valid driver's license and a reliable car are required, along with a commitment to safety and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass drug screening test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable Car.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity.
• Provide incontinence care as prescribed.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce caregiver stress.
• Prepare meals and monitor nutrition.
• Give medication reminders to avoid missed doses.
• Support safety and memory care measures to prevent falls.
• Assist with simple physical therapy exercises as directed.
