Job summary
Brightview Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking caring staff to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor changes in residents' day-to-day needs.
A high school diploma is required, and a current state CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus. Brightview offers competitive hourly pay plus comprehensive benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, retirement plans and tuition reimbursement.
Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
